Regular ActivityMy reason for joining Curves in the beginning was the fact that Karen had the medical knowledge. It had been recommended that I choose an easy workout that wasnt going to put strain on an injury that was not going to benefit from more surgery. After have a consultation with karen Ijoined. So here I am almost 2 years on enjoying the now social hub of my excercise routine at least 4 times a week. Results a much healthy me in mind as well as body. |

Excellent rooms and servicesI stayed there for 3 nights and I really enjoyed! Bed is very comfortable and location is amazing, restaurant, shops are just nearby. I strongly recommend this motel for anybody who likes to stay in Manukau area. |
